industry. We have also been individually validated by an industry consultant. We
are the first UK venue finding agency to achieve this.

Venue Registration Form
We are now in a position to offer venues such as yours the chance to become recommended
by Jigsaw Conferences for meetings and accommodation to the pharmaceutical industry.
This includes:
- Site inspection by Jigsaw Conferences Pharmaceutical Division Executive
- Endorsement of venue by Jigsaw Conferences
- Brief overview for you on the relevance of the ABPI 2008 Code of Practice by Jigsaw
Conferences Pharmaceutical Division
- A full feature listing on Jigsaws Pharmaceutical Division website in either or even
both of the internal or external meetings section (dependant upon site visit). This
allows not only Jigsaw staff but also pharmaceutical companies’ direct access to
your venues details.
There will be a small, non-refundable administration fee of £250.00 incl. VAT per
venue per year to cover the above. Reductions are offered to group applications.
This process does not guarantee full compliance for the pharmaceutical industry;
however you will be listed as a recommended venue for internal meetings if your
venue does not completely fulfil the compliance criteria

Please note the above costs are including VAT per venue per year, minimum of 2 years
subscription.
