The Silks Restaurant and Conference Suite can hold up to 300 for a dinner, this suite has floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room with views directly over the Racecourse finish line and views over the 400 acres of Monmouthshire countryside. In total we have over 50 meeting rooms varying in size with the majority sharing the racecourse view. Car parking for over 2000 allows us to run several events simultaneously without this ever being and issue and team building is an ideal activity for the venue.
The main Entrance Foyer which leads to the majority of our meeting rooms is an ideal space for a registration area, exhibition stands and a drinks reception and acts as a main café and viewing area on racedays so can accommodate large numbers standing.
The main raceday bar this room as direct access from the Entrance Foyer and is a large spacious room, one of the only rooms not looking out over the racecourse but does have natural daylight. Due to pillars in the room is best used in Theatre Style or as exhibition or networking space, or work shopping in cabaret style.

The Coral Suite can be opened out to capacity 200 theatre style or split into 6 separate rooms so it is very flexible. The entire length of the Coral Suite has views out over the race course and grounds. The room can be adapted during the day so you can start they day with theatre style and then adapt to several separate spaces for breakout sessions with access out onto a balcony over looking the course.
All 19 Premier Rooms have floor to ceiling views over the racecourse and each room has its own tea and coffee making facility.
A flexible room that breaks down into 2 smaller rooms, again with views out over the racecourse, both with own plasma screen included.
