Established in 1906, Phyllis Court is a private members club with hotel rooms on the River Thames in Henley. Phyllis Court has excellent facilities, superb cuisines and wines, relaxing riverside accommodation and friendly staff. It is the perfect setting to meet friends or colleagues, enjoy a wedding or a celebration and watch the Henley Regatta. This elegant historic mansion is set in 18 acres of land with lawns sweeping down to the river. The newly refurbished Riverside Pavilion - a Grade II listed building - overlooks the world famous Henley Regatta course, is a unique wedding venue, and offers the very best in Regatta corporate hospitality with private boxes on the finish line. The Clubhouse has seventeen luxury bedrooms, all individually styled with flat screen TVs, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi- Fi. The rooms benefit from views of the River Thames or croquet lawns. For corporate events requiring further bedrooms, Phyllis Court has partnership relationships with two partner hotels within walking distance. At Phyllis Court Club breakfast is included. A full English or continental breakfast may be enjoyed in the Orangery or continental breakfast may be served to your room. Twenty-four-hour delegates may arrange a private dinner, or dine in the Club’s Orangery which is airy and relaxed with menus that incorporate local produce, fresh flavours and a Mediterranean feel

The Ballroom and Finlay suite exudes grandeur and can cater for up to 300 people. It is a fabulous space for conferences, seminars, corporate events and product launches. There is an abundance of natural daylight. It benefits from comfort cooling, spotlights and has a portable (20ft x 8ft x 1ft) stage. There is a full PA and audio-visual system two hand held microphones, two headset microphones and ceiling based projector with VGA and HDMI adaptors. The Ballroom and Finlay Suite has its own private entrance, with self contained facilities. A retractable acoustic wall allows the Finlay Suite to be separated from the Ballroom and used as a private reception area before an event. The delegate package (£70.00pp + VAT) includes hire of the room between 9.00 and 17.00 as well as a delicious working lunch, complimentary paper, pens, flip chart, coffee and snacks. There is the option to use four syndicate rooms for break-out sessions.
