The hotel completed an extensive multi-million pound refurbishment programme in June 2020, which included a transformation of the hotels 168 spacious bedrooms. The contemporary revamp was managed by the internationally acclaimed design team Twenty2 Degrees in order to achieve the inspired makeover reflected in the concept design.

The extensive refurbishment included all public areas of the hotel including the AA Rosette Glaze Restaurant, the Aqua Bar and Conservatory overlooking the lake and lawns, and a complete redesign of the stunning Winterlake Conference Centre and its 9 meeting rooms, to include the latest state of art conferencing capability.
