We have nine air-conditioned Conference Rooms of varying sizes. Room hire includes a projector, screen, flip charts, delegate pads & pens, and complimentary tea, coffee and water. There is an option to hire other equipment at competitive rates. We have outside space for hire should you wish to include external activities as part of your event. Prices are available on request.
We offer several options for you, starting with our popular room-only option, where you add what you need. We can build your event to suit your budget and offer several delegate packages based on room size, delegate numbers and catering preferences.
Our catering team is here to help with Breakfast and Lunch; we have a Pavilion area with a Licenced Bar open until 2 pm weekdays, other times by arrangement and catering options that can be served in the Conference Rooms. Specific requirements, e.g. Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten Free items, can be available on request.
The Quarndon Room holds upto 40-50 delegates depending on room layout with natural daylight. Room Hire includes Projector, Screen, Pens, Pads, Flip Chart and complimentary Water, Tea and Coffee and Free On Site Parking.
Pavilion Room is available for those special events where you need the space and staging and also our bar service. The Pavilion Room will cater for up to 350 people comfortably and is suitable for almost any large event, from a banquet to a presentation and cabaret, the room is equipped with PA, projector and screen, although these are extra.
The Osmaston/Wilmorton Room holds upto 30-40 delegates depending on room layout with natural daylight. Room Hire includes Projector, Screen, Pens, Pads, Flip Chart and complimentary Water, Tea and Coffee and Free On Site Parking.
The Denby Roomm holds upto 10 delegates depending on room layout with natural daylight. Room Hire includes Projector, Screen, Pens, Pads, Flip Chart and complimentary Water, Tea and Coffee and Free On Site Parking
