If you’re looking for a fast and effective, budget way to organise a meeting away from your desk then choose a dedicated meeting or event space suite. We offer 1000s of meeting rooms in the U.K London to International cities so clients can have a clear COVID safe thinking environment away from the usual office madness and have excellent on-site AV and hybrid equipment.
Stand-alone meeting rooms offer flexibility for unicorn start-up businesses looking to keep costs low but who want to showcase more professionalism than using the pub or local coffee shop to reach those important business decisions moving forward.
As you would expect, stand-alone hybrid meeting rooms are manned by friendly people and offer a range of business services in-house like hot/cold food and drinks. Using our meeting rooms finder to find a fitting meeting room will have a welcoming atmosphere and stylish décor, fixtures and fittings. With convenient city-centre locations, others are situated within modern business parks, or hotel resorts with ease of access to upmost importance and parking plentiful.
We can source the meeting rooms by the hour, half-day or at discounted competitive day delegate rates.
Most of the meeting spaces featured on Jigsaw Conferences have professional meeting planners and technicians on hand to help with your event.
Before you commit, make sure that the venue for your meeting is clear on your requirements, both in terms of IT and technical needs, but also in terms of additional issues such as breakout rooms, a registration area (if a larger gathering) and of course catering. Many meeting rooms will provide their own in-house catering; if you want to bring in food from outside it's important to consult with them first, as some venues will, understandably, object to your doing so. You'll be offered a range of catering options from the basic tea and biscuits up to a full hot and cold buffet spread for lunch. What you lay on for your attendees is obviously up to you, but check that the venue understands your needs, and ascertain what will happen if your morning session overruns - which, let's face it, isn't exactly unheard of, is it? The last thing you want is for an expensive lunch to go to waste because your meeting didn't break in time to enjoy it while hot.
