We’ve designed competitive packages to work around every budget, with meeting rooms available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. and prices inclusive of tea and coffee, internet access, Wi-Fi*, flipcharts and notepaper. If you need audio visual or presentation support kit, this can be arranged for a minimal cost by our meeting coordinators, or you can bring along your own equipment and we’ll help you get set up. Your delegates won't go hungry either - ask your meeting co-ordinator about catering options. I am pleased to say that we are open for business! The building is fully Covid secure and we have implemented social distancing in the meeting rooms as well as throughout the building. There is a sanitising station on entry as well as others in the communal areas. Within the meeting room we will provide hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes for your use, there will also be a registration document and NHS QR code in the room for track and trace purposes.
