Our Lecture Theatre has 90 tiered seats with additional floor space for extra seating if required. The room has AV equipment, a large screen for presentations and air conditioning for optimum comfort There is space for a lecturn and microphone. Also should you require tables/breakout space this is available
We have a range of syndicate rooms available for smaller meetings or break out rooms. Depending on the layout required these range from capacity of 2 - 15 delegates. Layouts comprising informal to board style are available.
Our board room is a split level room with a large board table with comfortable seating, perfect for smaller meetings. The second level has informal seating for use. The room has AV equipment, projector and screen are available within the room.
The centre has a main conference room with 4 syndicate rooms attached. The centre overlooks the beautiful grounds and has direct access to one of our gardens. AV equipment, projector and screen in the room with flip charts available in the main room and syndicate rooms.
Within the grounds of Penyard House is our purpose built training centre, offering the perfect surroundings for private, off-site business training, meetings or residential programmes. Hired exclusively, the self-contained centre includes a large reception/welcome lobby, various training/break out rooms, presentation suite and a spacious delegate lounge, suitable for either informal meetings or relaxation in the evening.
Situated adjacent to the beautiful walled garden, these rooms are perfect for smaller meetings. The rooms offer a boardroom style set up with audio visual equipment and plenty of natural daylight. Our main Wye Seminar room can hold up to 40 delegates and our smaller rooms are perfect for groups of up to 16 delegates.

We have 80 ensuite bedrooms available including 58 bedrooms in the main house building, 12 ground floor bedrooms and 12 first floor bedrooms in a separate annexe. These bedrooms are single, double, twin and family occupancy. We have one disabled bedroom with a walk in shower facility. The rooms are tailored to create a place where delegates can escape to after a long day. Management training courses, planning and team building exercises use a lot of brain-power and it is important our rooms have the comfort and simplicity to give delegates a place to unwind after a tough day. Many rooms have views out to the surrounding gardens and countryside giving a peaceful environment for rooms without the disturbance of a busy road or bustling city. The accommodation buildings are close to all meeting, training and conference rooms making it an easy transfer from work to relaxation. Our annex bedrooms are situated in a separate annexe adjacent to the hotel, comprising of 24 en-suite bedrooms, 12 of which are ground floor for easy access. There is free wi-fi throughout the building and all bedrooms have tea & coffee making facilities
