Located in Kingston-upon-Thames and with an elegant gated approach, Warren House is a beautiful Victorian mansion house. Tucked away on a private road, the historic grade II listed building stands amongst four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, making it the perfect setting for your wedding day. The décor of the building combines stunning period with modern style. From exquisite doors to the grand staircase, Warren House is a venue with timeless elegance and grace. Warren House still has traditional features throughout such as the Edwardian Ballroom, which is based off the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles. Our Surrey venue aims to create a unique experience for each of our guests each one of our 46 bedrooms on site is individually decorated and is finished to the highest standard. We want our guests to feel more than just a number during their stay at Warren House. With just 46 rooms available, our staff are able to get to know each of our guests and ensure their stay is as unique as Warren House and its surrounds. The original 1860s red-brick is still on display today as well as the stone dressings and tiled roof. Some of the original metal frame windows with their fittings can also be seen throughout the property. With so many traditional features noticeable outside you can sense the rich history of Warren House as you drive through the entrance.
The London Room was refurbished in January 2018- the room has lots of natural daylight along with an inbuilt projector and screen along with speakers too.,
The Magnolia room has many different purposes, the room has plenty of natural daylight. The Magnolia is also interconnecting with the Lilac The room can accommodate 14 boardroom, 16 u shape, 21 cabaret or 30 for banqueting
The Rose room is full of natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows. The Rose room can accommodate 14 boardroom, 11 u shape, 16 cabaret, 25 theatre and 8 classroom
The Edwardian Ballroom was modelled on the Hall of Mirrors at Versallies and was restored in 1986, the room is full of character and is used for many different purposes. The Edwardian Ballroom also interconnects with Lavender The room can accommodate 20 boardroom, 24 u shape , 42 cabaret, 24 classroom, 70 theatre, 60 banqueting style
The Lavender rooms oozes natural daylight, it's interconnecting with the Edwardian Ballroom on one side and the Lilac on the other side. The Lavender room like of all of spaces can be used for many purposes - 8 boardroom, 12 u shape, 16 cabaret, 8 classroom, 20 theatre and 20 banqueting
The Lilac room has direct access out onto a beautiful gardens. The room interconnects with the Magnolia on one side and the Lavender on the other side. The Lilac is used for many purposes - it can accommodate 8 boardroom, 10 u shape, 12 cabaret, 8 classroom, 16 theatre and 10 banqueting
The Azalea is a great room faces the garden, like all our function rooms the Azalea has plenty of natural daylight. The Azalea can accommodate 12 boardroom, 10 theatre and 12 banqueting style.
