The mid-sized option is the Claudius suite and for more intimate or one-to-one meetings, we have a range of flexible smaller rooms. Dedham Suite benefits comfy, office style seating, a portable air conditioning unit and plenty of natural daylight from the double patio doors. There's a built-in ceiling mounted data projector and the room is located close to reception on the ground floor.
The Chelmer Suite is located on the ground floor and benefits from natural daylight via the side window. A wall mounted projector is in place. Just outside the Chelmer is an informal lounge/breakout area with tea and coffee machine where refreshments can be taken.
The Orwell Suite is located on the first floor and reached via stairs. This suite has natural daylight. Just outside the Orwell is an informal lounge/breakout area with tea and coffee machine where refreshments can be taken.
The Colne Suite is located on the first floor and reached via stairs. This suite has natural daylight. Just outside the Colne is an informal lounge/breakout area with tea and coffee machine where refreshments can be taken.
The Claudius Suite is located just off the main area, next to the Restaurant. A large wall-mounted screen is in situ and there's controllable air-conditioning too.
Our largest Suite located on the first floor and accessible via stairs and a wheelchair lift. The Balkan has it's own reception/foyer area ideal for registering delegates, plus built-in bar and restrooms, all for exclusive use. A PA System is in situ with standard lectern, windows down one side provide ample natural daylight and the room is fully air-conditioned.
