The Grove is very lucky to be located within 300 acres of beautiful private English countryside and as such is seen as a Luxury Estate rather than just a 5* hotel. We are also conveniently located only minutes from the M25 and an approximate 35 minutes from Central London and Heathrow Airport. Within the hotel itself, there are two very distinctive areas throughout which you will see a noticeable difference in décor and style; The Mansion and The West Wing. The Mansion is a stunning Grade 2 listed building that has been lovingly restored to its original floor plan and encapsulates the very essence of the property as a whole with an extremely unique style. The West Wing is the newly built section of the property which accommodates the majority of the event space including the largest event suite on site, the Amber Suite, which can cater for up to 450 delegates for a meeting and 420 for an evening dinner dance. Alongside the Amber Suite we also have another 7 main event rooms varying in capacity from 10 – 120 and an additional 10 smaller syndicate meeting rooms suitable for break out space or smaller day meetings for between 2 – 8 delegates. The West Wing event rooms also house in room technology including Plasma TV’s or Screen and Projector. All of our event space is easily accessible and located on the ground floor of the hotel, with bedrooms found on the first and second floors. In total the hotel has 227 bedrooms, many with balconies and terraces overlooking the beautiful formal gardens. There is a real difference in the accommodation that is located within The West Wing and The Mansion. The West Wing has a contemporary and functional theme that suits the purpose of many client conferences. Meanwhile The Mansion again lends its style from the Grade 2 aspect of the property and incorporates great character and aesthetics in each individually styled room, this area is perfect for the VIPs within your group. As well as the wealth of event facilities on site we also have within the estate an award winning spa – Sequoia, which features 13 beautiful treatment rooms, vitality pool, relaxation areas, heat experiences; health bar; creating a Zen-like atmosphere with exceptional treatments available. In addition to this our Championship 18-hole golf course which was designed by the world-renowned designer Kyle Phillips is available for pay & play on a non membership basis, you can also enjoy our putting green, chipping green and driving range as part of this facility. The Estate itself incorporates a vast array of additional outdoor space to enjoy including, woodland areas, a river and canal, two lakes, a conservation wetland area, public footpaths and bridleways, and on top of all this there is the spectacular Walled Garden which accommodates our outdoor heated pool and beach. Also located within its walls are our croquet lawn and bowls area, two all-weather tennis courts, large outdoor games and pool table. Within this area is also our chefs garden which supplies our Colette’s fine dining restaurant. The Grove has everything you could need or want to accommodate your event entirely within the estate but with close proximity to the motorway systems and airports, getting your delegates here won’t be a problem either.
