The venue's main feature is its spectacular 1200 sqm, pillar-free London Suite. Already best know for has recently completed a massive transformation to upgrade the room adding an additional 3 modular space for optimum flexibility. The redesign permits numerous configurations, creating new levels of bespoke event possibilities. Besides, 5x5 m loading bay door located at street level allows you to bring your goods into the room with no difficulty. Five additional syndicate rooms, all with natural daylight and air conditioning, can accommodate from 2 to 60 delegates and are ideal as break-out rooms, hospitality lounges or organiser offices. The Conference centre also hosts the international-class hotel, Ibis London Earls Court.

London 7 and 8 is the combination of two of the larger modules in the London Suite, perfectly sized to be used a plenary for medium sized conferences with its capacity of 180 in cabaret or 400 in theater style.
The foyer is a spacious area offering various possibilities of use: registration, exhibition, private receptions for up to 250 guests. It has direct access from street and lift to car park and other meeting spaces located on 2nd floor.
Hyde Park is the largest of the syndicates room located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 80 people. It has natural daylight, air conditioning and WiFi. This is the ideal room for board meetings, hospitality lounge or organiser office.
Greenwich Park I is on the 2nd floor and can be interconnected with Greenwich Park II, allowing for this room to be used for meetings opening to a lounge area. Greenwich Park I can hold up to 10 delegates in boardroom style and up to 15 people in a reception style.
