Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge, is one of the finest 4-star hotels in Surrey. Originally the site of a Tudor Palace built by Henry VIII in 1538, the current building was established as a hotel in 1856. The venue offers nine various event spaces, from elegant smaller boardrooms to larger suites, accommodating meetings from 8 to 450 delegates. The 157 bedrooms have been fully refurbished and the new Spa is set to be built in 2025. Our country house hotel can accommodate larger residential conferences and it can also be booked exclusively for your event. The newly refurbished York Suite is our largest self-contained function suite featuring its own private bar, dance floor, dedicated kitchens and separate private entrance. Situated on the ground floor, the York Suite is a combination of York 1, 2 and 3 which combined can host events for up to 400 guests theatre style and dinners for 370. Alternatively the York can be partitioned between the York 1, 2 & 3 to provide a separate private area suitable for ceremonies or as a break out and activity area.
With spectacular views overlooking Broadwater Lake and our landscaped gardens, the Mulberry offers a truly beautiful setting. It is situated on the ground floor with high ceilings, neutral colours and natural daylight. The Mulberry offers you a grand canvas to decorate and host your event.

With a capacity of 200 people, La Terrazza is a new addition to the Oatlands portfolio, and is the perfect space for bringing the outside in, all year round. As well as floor to ceiling windows to frame the picturesque lawn outside and an inbuilt BBQ, there is a retractable ceiling to block out the British weather when necessary.
The Garden Room benefits from a feature fireplace with backlit bookshelves and is ideal for private dining and champagne receptions as well as a relaxed meeting or break out room.
Situated on the ground floor, the Cedar Room is a delightful bright meeting room with high ceilings, tall windows, a plasma screen and plenty of natural daylight. Ideal for a small conference, it also acts as a spacious break out and meeting room.
The Surrey Room is situated next door to the Cedar Room and is similar in style and character to the Cedar Room incorporating an interactive smart white board and flipcharts.
