Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge, is one of the finest 4-star hotels in Surrey. Set amidst the splendor of manicured gardens, the hotel offers the best of breathtaking scenery over the Surrey countryside and fine facilities. Only a 20 minute drive from London Heathrow airport, the venue is a popular choice for event organizers across the UK. Originally the site of a Tudor Palace built by Henry VIII in 1538, the current building was established as a hotel in 1856. The 4-star Grade II Listed hotel offers a countryside escape from the busy city for delegates and guests, making it an ideal spot for corporate get-aways, conferences and team incentives. The venue offers nine various event spaces, from elegant smaller boardrooms to larger suites, accommodating meetings from 8 to 450 delegates. The 157 bedrooms have been fully refurbished and the new Spa is set to be built in 2025. Our country house hotel can accommodate larger residential conferences and it can also be booked exclusively for your event. With a traditional and historical feel, all spaces are fully equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and the top AV equipment. For gala dinners, awards ceremonies, corporate celebrations and Christmas parties – Oatlands Park Hotel caters for all with nine room options, including the York Suite, The Mulberry Suite, La Terrazza, The Garden Room and Cromwell Suite, to choose from. The hotel has an experienced and dedicated in-house events team, who are on hand to ensure all events run smoothly, from the initial planning stages to the event itself.
Meeting rooms

York Suite - 420

The newly refurbished York Suite is our largest self-contained function suite featuring its own private bar, dance floor, dedicated kitchens and separate private entrance. Situated on the ground floor, the York Suite is a combination of York 1, 2 and 3 which combined can host events for up to 400 guests theatre style and dinners for 370. Alternatively the York can be partitioned between the York 1, 2 & 3 to provide a separate private area suitable for ceremonies or as a break out and activity area.
