Touchdown Point is the largest of our dedicated conference spaces at the Future Skills Centre. Seating up to 160 delegates in theatre style, this is a bright and airy space with views over looking the surrounding green spaces. Complete with fixed in house AV, the room is equipped with a large presentation screen, projector, lectern with PC and laptop connection along with PA system and 2 microphones. Touchdown Point can be split in to 2 rooms, with our soundproof airwall, to offer either a smaller room or create a breakout or catering area for the group.

Our Boardroom combines tradition with contemporary. 19 delegates can sit comfortably around one table in exec-level chairs whilst remote delegates can join virtually using state-of-the-art technology. Our Meeting Owl camera provides high-def 360 views of the entire room will independently turn toward whomever is speaking, creating the experience of in-person participation for hybrid teams. It integrates seamlessly with the conferencing platforms you already use, including Teams and Zoom.

This stylish meeting room with countryside views overlooking the Exeter Airport runway can accommodate up to 80 delegates. Bi-fold doors give this space the option of being easily divided into two for break out rooms or smaller group collaboration, without compromising on style or comfort.

Touchdown 1 forms part of our main conference suite, Touchdown Point. Seating up to 100 theatre style, this room has wonderful views across the surrounding fields with plenty of natural daylight and a small patio balcony. Fitted with in house AV, the room is equipped to deliver presentations via PC or laptop and includes a PA system with both lapel and handheld mic.

Touchdown 2 is the smaller space of our conference suite, but still seats up to 60 theatre style. A corner facing conference room, offering privacy away from our upper level lobby, this is a great space for a whole host of events and occasions. Complete with in house AV, along with a fitted PA system and microphones, the room is equipped ready for presentation delivery. Combined with Touchdown 1, this space can host a maximum of 160 delegates in a theatre style layout.
