Our tier seated Auditorium, is a charming, unique and spacious theatre, located on the ground floor of our contemporary venue. The space can comfortably seat 148 guests and is equipped with AV equipment for an all-encompassing experience. The Auditorium is fitted with a 3m x 1.68m screen, HD projector, built in ceiling speakers, as well as a lectern and microphone, offering an impressive AV experience. The auditorium is equipped with intimate mood lighting, allowing you to adjust the lights to match the events requirements. Make the most of the lights by closing in the black out blinds, although these can be opened to flood the room with natural light if you prefer. The in-room temperature control makes it the perfect venue space all year round for conferences, seminars, or awards ceremonies.
The Bastwick Suite is our most versatile space and is always popular for small conferences, workshops, seminars and board meetings. Located on the first floor, the flexible space comes complete with AV technology and can be set up in various layouts, accommodating up to 70 delegates theatre style or 30 as a boardroom. The room is partitioned, which can be opened to offer one large open space or closed for two individual rooms. The Belgrave Suite is the perfect room for training sessions, seminars, or exams. Located on the ground floor, it is a bright modern space, flooded with natural daylight, as well as being equipped with blackout blinds. The room can comfortably seat 60 theatre style or 28 as a hollow square, perfect for larger board meetings. Hiring this room in conjunction with the adjacent Auditorium gives you the option of two breakout rooms or an additional catering area. Bastwick 1 can be set up in multiple ways to meet you events requirements, and is regularly used for workshops, seminars and board meetings. The flexible space can accommodate up to 18 delegates cabaret style, or 24 in the hollow square layout. Bastwick 1 has complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates and comes complete with audio visual technology.
Bastwick 2 is located on the first floor and the room benefits from natural daylight and air conditioning. Bastwick 2 can be set up in multiple ways to meet you events requirements, and is regularly used for workshops, seminars and board meetings. The flexible space can accommodate up to 12 delegates cabaret style, or 12 in the hollow square layout. Bastwick 2 has complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates and comes complete with audio visual technology.
Belgrave 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. The rooms benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning. Belgrave 1 can be set up in various layouts and it's ideal as exhibition or breakout space.
