  • Beautiful Grade II Listed townhouse in the heart of Faversham – a picturesque medieaval market town in the heart of Kent. It is a short stroll from the train station with high-speed train links to London and the rest of Kent. With its town centre location, there are numerous high street shops, restaurants, town-centre car parks and other facilities on the doorstep.


Behind it's impressive entrance with grand portico and beautiful sweeping staircase (great for wedding photos) there are four
heritage meeting rooms, with high ceilings and period features which can accommodate up to 30/50 depending on layout, and
a large multifunctional hall (14m x 17m) with high pitched ceiling, accoustic panels, modular stage, installed sound system,
installed theatre lighting, colour-changing mood lighting, direct access to private walled garden and adjoining bar/lounge. The
hall can accommodate up to 300 standing, 260 theatre style, or 160-200 for dinner dances.


  • There is a fully licensed bar and a full sized commercial kitchen available for caterers or self-catering. Refreshments and catering can be provided. Meeting room equipment is available to hire, such as projectors, screens, flipcharts, whiteboards etc. 


  • The venue is fully accessible (ramp access to front, flat floor throughout ground floor, disabled toilet) and there is WiFi throughout.
