About venue
The Clarendon is a Georgian hotel situated in the calm of Blackheath Village. With choice of meeting rooms and gardens, we provide excellent conference facilities for up to 150 guests – as well as smaller meetings of just two people or more.
The Clarendon will also cater your event to ensure that your delegates don’t go hungry throughout the day. Your guests will be greeted with tea, coffee, fruit juice, and pastries on arrival, and a mid-morning tea / coffee break with biscuits.
For all day meetings our chef can provide either a working lunch or hot buffet to keep everyone energised for the afternoon session.
And we will ensure that there is a continuous supply of table refreshments (mints, iced water and cordial) to keep everybody refreshed and able to focus throughout the day.
We will provide a flip chart, marker pens and writing pads and pens for each delegate – and can also provide any equipment that you need for your event. SVGA digital projector & screen, Laptops, and PA System & microphone are all available to hire, and WiFi is included in every room. Services such as photocopying are also available.
The Clarendon Conference Centre is organised for both residential and non-residential conferences and seminars.
We also offer Private dining at The Clarendon. Our private dining menus are inclusive of room hire. For parties under 40, you have the option of letting your guests can pre-order individually.
For more informal parties we have a range of buffet menus available for you to choose from, including a barbeque menu for summer parties, which can be served in our garden or on the Regency Suite patio. The cost of the room hire needs to be added to this option.
Drinks packages are also available, with a bottle of wine per person from £4p.p., and our wine list has been specially selected by wine connoisseur François Domange who has been awarded ‘Chevalier de l’Ordre du Merite Agricole’.

smooth running and successful event.
