The Wulfrun Suite is located in the East Wing of the hotel on the first floor *Please note we do not have lift facilities to this room and it is accessible by stairs only. The recently refurbished Wulfrun Suite is a large function room that can accommodate a maximum of up to 130 in a Theatre Style. Perfect for conference with a built in AV System, Screen and Projector. The Wulfrun lounge located back on the ground floor can also be used as a private break out room.
A small multi purpose room mainly used for private dining and smaller conferences. Classic Boardrooms/Private Dining are located on the first floor of the hotel in the main hotel and perfect for a more intimate dining experience *Please note due to the nature of the hotel we do not have lift facilities, Toilet and Bar facilities are located back on the ground floor. The Classic rooms are our smaller function rooms which can accommodate a maximum of x14 guests on one large table.

The Wightwick Suite is mainly used for medium sized conferences and Private dining events. We can accommodate a boardroom of up to 24 guests and a banqueting style of three round tables of 10.
