Jigsaw is a UK company established in 2003. We source venues and accommodation for buyers who require enterprise-grade governance. Our commercial model is free to the client — commission is paid by the venue or operator. Every placement is logged and auditable. Every AI-assisted decision is explainable. Every safeguarding case is escalated to a named human. We do not fabricate statistics on our own website — every claim is either verified in our public knowledge layer or, if not yet verified, is not shown at all.

How do you charge?
Free to the client. Commission is paid by the venue or operator. Nothing added to the client-facing invoice.

Our standard DPA covers placement personal data (household composition, accessibility flags, safeguarding notes). Client-specific DPAs are reviewed and countersigned on request.

What insurance do you carry?
Professional indemnity, public liability and employer's liability. Specific figures and certificate references provided on request during procurement onboarding.

How do you handle a safeguarding case?
Restricted-address flag, safeguarding-lead escalation, information sharing on a need-to-know basis. The placement remains audit-visible while the location detail is protected.

Can you support an FOI response?
Yes. Records for a specific reporting period, geographic area or client are exportable in machine-readable form. We do not require legal escalation to produce our own records.
