InternationalVenues.com by Jigsaw Conferences Ltd — free venue finding & corporate accommodation
Our AI Journey · 2003 → today

Building the agentic future of venue finding and temporary accommodation.

Two decades of venue-finding craft, now delivered as production-grade AI infrastructure — with open agent interfaces, human oversight and full audit trails.

At Jigsaw Conferences Ltd we have spent more than two decades refining the art and science of connecting organisations with the right spaces. What began in 2003 as a specialist venue-finding agency has evolved into one of the most deliberate AI-native platforms in the UK meetings, events and temporary accommodation sector. Today our technology layer — delivered through InternationalVenues.com and its related systems — is designed not as marketing garnish but as the operational backbone of how we work.

This is not AI for the sake of headlines. It is a carefully engineered runway of production systems, human oversight, audit trails and open interfaces that already deliver measurable value to blue-chip corporates, public-sector bodies and procurement teams.

ISO 27001 audited

Enterprise-grade security governance across every AI system.

Sub-2s responses

VenuClaw returns structured shortlists in under two seconds.

Human in the loop

AI recommends. Officers decide. Every override is logged.

The core platforms

Four systems, one architecture. Each is live in production, used by real clients, and built to be operated inside regulated procurement environments.

VenuClaw — the AI venue agent

venues.jigsawconferences.co.uk/venuclaw

Hosted at venues.jigsawconferences.co.uk/venuclaw, VenuClaw is our primary AI agent for venue discovery. It is not a simple chatbot — it is a multi-model, relevance-scored system that accepts natural-language briefs, classifies intent in real time, routes queries across specialised models, and returns structured, machine-readable results.

  • Semantic matching across 24,500+ verified venues in 18 countries.
  • AutoTune Intelligence that dynamically adjusts parameters by query type.
  • Structured pricing, accessibility and sustainability attributes.
  • An open Agent-to-Agent (A2A) API — external AI systems can search, retrieve details and submit enquiries without API keys for read operations.
  • Conversation memory and sub-two-second response characteristics under normal load.

VenuClaw is free for event organisers. Revenue comes from venue partnerships in the traditional commission model — preserving the zero-cost promise that has defined our venue-finding service since 2003.

Smart Event Journeys™

/smart-event-journeys

Available as an integrated layer across Smart Event Journeys and InternationalVenues.com, this system extends the relationship beyond the shortlist. It surfaces AI-curated arrival information, local recommendations, travel and EV access details, and structured attendee feedback in a single shareable view. The goal is simple: reduce organiser administration while improving the lived experience of every delegate.

HousingMatch AI · TA Allocation AI

housingmatch.jigsawconferences.co.uk/housing-ai

Our officer-facing decision-support platform for temporary and emergency accommodation is detailed at housingmatch.jigsawconferences.co.uk/housing-ai. It applies transparent, weighted scoring across nine suitability criteria, hard rule filters, and plain-English explanations. Every recommendation, override and decision is logged with user, role, timestamp and reason.

Housing officers remain fully in control; the system never makes final allocation decisions. This design meets the practical needs of local authorities, housing associations, insurers and contractors, while supporting GDPR Article 22 compliance and procurement-grade audit requirements.

Ask Pip

Bottom-right of every page

Presented on the main corporate site, Ask Pip functions as an accessible conversational interface that channels users into the wider platform experience. It is deliberately lighter-weight than VenuClaw and serves as a friendly entry point rather than the core agent architecture.

How we differ from the market

Many competing platforms continue to operate largely traditional directory and lead-generation workflows, adding AI features primarily as surface-level search enhancements or marketing claims. Jigsaw has taken a different path. We have invested in production systems that combine AI matching with human expertise, full auditability, open agent interfaces and sector-specific compliance.

The result is a platform that procurement teams can actually trust inside regulated environments. Blue-chip organisations have already begun shifting volume to InternationalVenues.com precisely because they recognise the combination of speed, transparency and governance. Our approach treats AI as infrastructure rather than theatre.

Jensen Huang put it cleanly earlier this year: agentic AI has arrived, and every enterprise is becoming an agent company. We took that seriously long before it became the consensus view.

At Jigsaw we are not building another chatbot bolted onto a directory. We are constructing production-grade agent systems — VenuClaw for venue intelligence, HousingMatch AI for temporary accommodation allocation, and the supporting layers that sit behind InternationalVenues.com — designed from day one with the realities of enterprise and public-sector procurement in mind.

That means open agent-to-agent interfaces so client systems can talk directly to ours. It means transparent scoring, full audit trails, and human officers remaining in the decision loop. It means treating AI as infrastructure rather than marketing theatre.

The organisations already moving volume onto the platform are not chasing novelty. They are looking for speed with control, insight with accountability, and a partner that understands the difference between an impressive demo and a system that can survive a procurement audit or a safeguarding review.

The next phase of this industry will not be won by the loudest claims about AI. It will be won by the platforms that give agents the ability to act usefully while giving humans the confidence to let them. That is the runway we are building — with the determination, continuity and consistency it actually takes.

The road ahead: Speed to Beds & the agentic corporate platform

Looking forward, we are extending the same disciplined AI architecture into rapid temporary accommodation mobilisation — what we internally describe as “Speed to Beds”. The objective is to compress the time from urgent requirement to safe, suitable placement while preserving the same levels of suitability scoring, risk flagging and auditability already live in HousingMatch AI. This work builds directly on our existing emergency accommodation operations, which handle thousands of placements annually with 24/7 response capability.

Simultaneously we are positioning InternationalVenues.com as the trusted, agentic layer for corporate venue and accommodation procurement. In the same way that American Express became the default financial operating system for business travel and expenses for a generation of companies, we intend InternationalVenues.com to become the default intelligent layer through which corporate and public-sector teams discover, evaluate, book and manage spaces.

That vision rests on three foundations:

  1. Open, machine-readable interfaces that allow client AI agents to interact directly with our inventory and workflows.
  2. Procurement transparency and decentralised decision support so organisations retain control rather than being locked into opaque marketplaces.
  3. Continuous investment in the guardrails — ISO 27001, role-based access, full audit trails, human oversight — that make agentic systems acceptable inside large organisations.

We are also exploring early-stage technical foundations — including selective use of distributed ledger approaches — that may support future settlement models as new digital payment rails and stable-value instruments mature toward the end of the decade. These remain exploratory and are pursued with the same emphasis on security, compliance and real customer value that has guided every previous technology investment.

Designed for long-term trust

Everything we build is measured against a simple test: does it deliver faster, more accurate, more transparent outcomes for the organisations that trust us? Does it reduce risk rather than introduce new opacity? Does it leave the human professional firmly in charge?

The answer, today, is already visible in the systems running in production. VenuClaw, Smart Event Journeys and HousingMatch AI are not prototypes — they are live services used by real clients. The A2A interfaces are public. The audit trails are operational. The zero-fee client model remains intact.

As the industry moves from experimentation to genuine agentic workflows, Jigsaw Conferences Ltd is deliberately building the runway, the guardrails and the operational discipline required for that transition. InternationalVenues.com is the platform through which we intend to deliver it.
