Modern Slavery Statement

Jigsaw Conferences Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Jigsaw”) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards within its business and supply chain. This statement sets out Jigsaw’s actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and work to identify, prevent and reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain. This statement relates to the financial year ending on the 30th June 2026.

Although Jigsaw is not currently required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we believe it is important to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and transparency.

Jigsaw is an independent venue finding and accommodation sourcing agency providing temporary & emergency accommodation and associated wraparound services, venue finding, venue procurement, and event support services across the UK and internationally.

Our supply chains include providers of services and products on a global scale, with the majority of our business taking place within the United Kingdom. When working internationally, we take reasonable steps to identify and reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain by working with reputable suppliers and maintaining appropriate due diligence.

As a venue finding and accommodation sourcing agency, Jigsaw recognises that the greatest potential risk of modern slavery lies within the wider hospitality and accommodation sector rather than within our own workforce. We therefore seek to work with reputable venues, accommodation providers and other suppliers that share our commitment to ethical employment practices.

Jigsaw opposes all forms of slavery & human trafficking and recognises our responsibility to manage our business and supply chains to identify and alleviate any potential or actual human rights violations, including modern slavery. We are committed to working with our suppliers to address potential areas of risk and to work together to mitigate any areas of concern.

We expect suppliers to comply with all applicable employment legislation, prohibit forced, bonded or compulsory labour, prevent child labour, pay employees fairly and provide safe working conditions.

Minimum Standards for Suppliers

The following are the minimum standards we expect from our suppliers:

• Support and respect the protection of internationally recognised human rights.
• Comply with all universally proclaimed human rights and adhere to them as required.
• Treat all employees with dignity and respect and not use any threats of violence, sexual exploitation, abuse or verbal or psychological harassment.
• Ensure that the workplace of all employees does not endanger the physical integrity or health of employees.

Before engaging new suppliers, Jigsaw considers factors including reputation, regulatory compliance, ethical business practices and, where appropriate, evidence of their commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

Internal Policy

The Company recognises its responsibility as an employer to minimise the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within its own operations and to promote ethical working practices throughout the business.

Risk Mitigation

The Company operates a policy to identify and mitigate risk in the following ways (but not limited to):

• Providing staff with awareness and, where appropriate, training to help identify and report potential signs of modern slavery within our business and supply chain.
• Continually auditing and reviewing our working practices.
• Ensuring all employees have the right to work in the UK.
• Employees are encouraged to report any concerns regarding unethical conduct or suspected modern slavery. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately without fear of retaliation.

Each year, Jigsaw will:

• Review this policy.
• Assess supplier risks.
• Review supplier relationships where concerns are identified.
• Provide staff awareness where appropriate.
• Investigate any reported concerns.
