Sustainability is how we do business.

Our six themes of sustainability

Climate Change

Ambitious action to cut emissions and build resilience. As a fully remote business with no owned premises, we carry no Scope 1 or 2 emissions — our entire effort targets Scope 3, with a 25% reduction committed by 2030.

Nature Positive Future

No negative impact on nature as a consequence of our projects, aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 14 and 15 — protecting and restoring biodiversity and ecosystems.

Resource Efficiency

A continuing zero-to-landfill policy, active discouragement of unnecessary printing and data duplication, and improved water efficiency across our team.

Supply Chain Integrity

A 25% reduction in emissions from purchased goods and services by 2030, a robust Supplier Code of Conduct, and sustainability criteria embedded in every procurement decision.

Community Engagement

Supporting employee, supplier and client community projects, and upholding our commitments under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

A workplace culture where everyone feels safe, respected and able to reach their full potential — because diverse perspectives are essential to sustainable success.

Sustainable temporary & emergency accommodation

Our dedicated Temporary & Emergency Accommodation Sustainability Policy governs every nightly-let and serviced-apartment placement we source for housing associations and public-sector clients: providers are vetted for environmental performance, energy and water efficiency is disclosed at onboarding, placements are prioritised close to the resident's place of need, and every supplier signs up to our Code of Conduct with modern-slavery due diligence. Progress is reported in our annual ESG review.
