Proud to Be a Living Wage Employer

Jigsaw Conferences Ltd is proud to have become an accredited Living Wage Employer, joining organisations across the UK committed to paying wages based on the real cost of living.

The accreditation reflects a principle that has always mattered to us: the people behind great service should be properly valued for the work they do.

What the accreditation means

The real Living Wage is an independently calculated hourly rate based on the cost of living in the UK, set each year by the Living Wage Foundation. Accredited Living Wage Employers commit to paying at least that rate to their directly employed staff and to the relevant regularly contracted staff who work on their premises.

Accreditation is voluntary. Organisations choose to go through it because they want their pay practices to be assessed against an external, published standard rather than simply the legal minimum.

Why it matters to the organisations we work with

Housing associations, local authorities, insurers and corporate clients increasingly ask their suppliers how they treat their own people. For procurement teams, an accredited Living Wage Employer on the supply chain is a straightforward, verifiable signal — one that sits alongside the ISO certifications and framework appointments already published on this site.

Where to see it

The Living Wage Employer mark now appears in the compliance and accreditations area of our website footer and on our About page, alongside our other independently assessed credentials.

The real Living Wage rates and the accreditation scheme are published by the Living Wage Foundation.
