The elegantly styled Melrose ballroom covers over 500 sqm convertible into 3 enclosed sections which makes it a perfect venue for larger functions, business conferences, and social gatherings. Safety Procedure All our meeting rooms are set up to maintain social distancing guidelines but a minimum of 2 meters between every delegate. Our meeting room table is disinfected before every meeting and in between Coffee / Lunch / Dinner breaks. Disinfecting hand gel dispensers are placed on Meeting tables and walls with sufficient tissue boxes. Covid-19 rules and regulations of the hotel are placed in a printed version or on the Meeting TV screen and outside digital screens. All non-essential meeting items will be removed from the meeting tables (note pads, pens, pencils, sweets). These will be placed upon request. All our staff members are to wear gloves and face masks regularly.
