Set in its own 30 acre estate in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, alongside the River Thames, the magnificent Grade II Listed Henley Business School estate offers excellent conference, meeting and event facilities all year round along with 100 double en-suite bedrooms. Overlooking the River Thames, across manicured lawns, our Heyworth restaurant provides a first class dining experience and a beautiful location for private functions. We also have more intimate rooms for smaller parties and a delightful terraced area and spacious grounds for more informal groups and summer events. Our dedicated events team are on hand throughout helping with the initial planning stages, to welcoming you and your guests to Greenlands.

Greenlands Trust Suite is one of our larger conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 37 delegates. Adjacent to the main room there are 6 breakout rooms along with a designated tea/coffee station.
Hambleden conference room is on the first floor with 4 breakout rooms adjacent if required. This is one of our larger conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 72 delegates.
River House Upper is situated in our separate River House Building adjacent to the main house. River House is a self contained conferencing area with 3 conference rooms & 15 breakout/meeting rooms, tea & coffee facilities are available in the atrium. This is one of our larger sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 44 delegates.
River House Lower is situated in our separate River House Building adjacent to the main house. River House is a self contained conferencing area with 3 conference rooms & 15 breakout/meeting rooms, tea & coffee facilities are available in the atrium. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 29 delegates.
Thomas Kempner conference room is situated on the first floor in the main house opposite Hambleden conference room. With 4 breakout rooms available on the same floor and a further 4 on the second floor if required. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 40 delegates.
Institute of Directors conference room is situated on the ground floor with easy access to 4 breakout rooms if required. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 32 delegates.
Jarratt conference room is situated in our separate River House Building adjacent to the main house. River House is a self contained conferencing area with 3 conference rooms & 15 breakout/meeting rooms, tea & coffee facilities are available in the atrium. This is one of our medium sized conferences rooms with a maximum capacity of 45 delegates.
New Suite 1 conference room is situated on the first floor of the main house. The New Suite rooms are our smaller suites full of characteristics & charm with views that overlook the drive leading down to the meadow. Maximum capacity of 15 delegates.
New Suite 2 conference room is situated on the first floor of the main house. The New Suite rooms are our smaller suites full of characteristics & charm with views that overlook the drive leading down to the meadow. Maximum capacity of 8 delegates.
New Suite 3 conference room is the smallest suite situated on the second floor of the main house. Maximum capacity of 8 delegates.
