Is your venue finding service free?
Yes. Our venue finding service is free for corporate clients. We source options and support your booking process at no cost to you.
How fast can you send a shortlist?
Many briefs receive a shortlist within 24โ€“72 hours, depending on complexity, date sensitivity and venue availability.
What information do you need from me?
Date(s), location, guest numbers, budget, timings, room layout, AV needs, catering needs, and any accessibility requirements.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. We source venues across the United Kingdom, including major cities and regional locations.
Can you help with last-minute bookings?
Yes. We can prioritise urgent briefs and return available options quickly where supply allows.
Do you negotiate rates with venues?

How do you get paid if the service is free?
