How fast can you send a shortlist?
Many briefs receive a shortlist within 24โ72 hours, depending on complexity, date sensitivity and venue availability.
What information do you need from me?
Date(s), location, guest numbers, budget, timings, room layout, AV needs, catering needs, and any accessibility requirements.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. We source venues across the United Kingdom, including major cities and regional locations.
Can you help with last-minute bookings?
Yes. We can prioritise urgent briefs and return available options quickly where supply allows.
Do you negotiate rates with venues?

Do you only do conferences?

How do you get paid if the service is free?
We receive a commission from venues when bookings are confirmed. This is built into the venue's standard rates, so you don't pay extra. In many cases, our negotiated rates actually save you money compared to booking direct.
Can you find venues outside the UK?
Yes. While we specialise in UK venues, we also source venues across Europe, the US, and other international destinations through our global network.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
We support you through any changes. Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the venue's policy, which we'll clarify before you confirm. We always try to negotiate flexible terms where possible.
Do you only work with large events?
